Vertically perforated bricks are manufactured in two different groups as Bearing (HD) and Non-Bearing (LD). Bearing bricks have %35 or less cavities and used on Masonry Work Constructions. Non-bearing vertically perforated bricks can be used on high walls, reinforced concrete buildings and garden walls where the pressure resistance has to be more. |

Bearing bricks are used on masonry work constructions. In order to use wall materials on masonry work constructions their pressure resistance to be 5N/mm2 is sufficient according to disaster regulation. However there is also the term of having Max.%35 cavity for bricks. The pressure resistance of such bricks is stated as being over 15N/mm2 in our company. This 3 times more than the required value. |
