Brick weight may change.
What is ClayMix® ? Styrophor
granules that have the size of 2 mm.
diameter are mixed with clay before the wet extruding process. These granules are vaporised during the firing process and leaves
spherical blank spaces behind at 1-1.5
mm. diameter size. These blank spherical spaces create
resistance to heat flow within the brick material. Vertical
faces of the bricks are shaped to work as mortise and tenon, so you don't use
mortar to bond these faces.
What is the advantage of pore.? Total density of
the brick is reduced. As a result of it: 1- Thermal conductivity
value of
the brick is reduced by pores. When you lay ClayFix®
Heat Insulation Perlite Mortar to the horizontal faces of the bricks,
thermal conductivity value is better improved. 2-Total weight of the walls are reduced.
3-Transportation costs of the bricks from factory to construction area is
reduced because of the lighter bricks.
Strength.? All types of Verticaly Perforated Bricks are stronger than
Horizontaly Perforated Bricks around three times. Their pressure resistance is
higher than 75 kilograms per square centimeter. Verticaly Perforated type bricks
help the ferro-concrete structure of the building not to stretch and recover
shape to stand strong during the earthquake event.
Are ClayMix® and ClayFix®
solutions enough alone for heat insulation.? Yes.! ClayMix®
and ClayFix® solutions with different wall
thicknesses are qualified by appropriate heat insulation calculations for many
different climate regions.
Are ClayMix® and ClayFix®
Solutions Universal.? Ofcourse..All ClayMix® Bricks are
produced appropriate to European Standarts.

Heat Insulation Perlite Mortar: ClayFix®
Heat Insulation Perlite Mortar is used to bond blocks. Premixed Mortar is
packaged in our factory. One pakcage is in 25 kilograms weight. The Package
ingredients are: fired soil and perlite granules mixed by scale with lime and
cement. Only water needed to prepare the mortar.

Kudret Tuðla A.Þ. has made the first attempt to produce
Packaged Heat Insulation Perlite Mortar in Turkiye.
Improvement in Thermal Conductivity used for calculations reaches up to %22,
when you lay ClayFix®
Heat Insulation Perlite Mortar to the horizontal faces of the bricks.
Using ClayFix® Heat Insulation Perlite
Mortar to bond any type of blocks like Pumice, Volcanic Ash or Concrete
type blocks has the same effect on Thermal Conductivity improvement.
Please remember that: You protect the environment
by using ClayFix® mortar.

Prepearing the ClayFix® Mortar:
All you need is water to prepare the ClayFix®
mortar. You have more time to use the mortar to bond your blocks if you
have prepared the less amount of mortar. Advanced amount of prepared
mortar is 25 Kgs.(dry mortar). Add 12 litres of water for each ClayFix®
mortar package (25 Kgs).
