VERTICALLY PERFORATED HEAT INSULATION BRICKS ARE MANUFACTURED AS WCLASS AT TS EN 7711 STANDARD AND WITH CE AND TSE CERTIFICATE 
All Clay Bricks are Class A1 Fireproof building material. 
Our company manufactures this type of bricks since 1991 which are previously being manufactured at TS 4377 Standard, used on walls as vertically perforated. This type of bricks with better heat transmission values than other products also have high pressure resistance. This type of brick has a load bearing capacity of 1012 Newton per mm2. In this case a single brick can resist to 7080 tons of load.
It is explained below of how this type of bricks have better heat transmission values by only a difference of design and application without having a difference of raw material.
Heat transmission route extends by 50% by the lapping construction of Heat Insulation Bricks. This amount can differ according to the internal design of the brick. 
The areas of the empty air partitions of Heat Insulation lapping bricks are not more than 6cm2. Thus heat transfer by air is prevented. 
During laying the Heat Insulation Bricks mortar is used only on horizontal seams and a cavity is left in the middle of this mortar. Thus the heat bridges arising from mortar are minimized and it decreases at least by 50%. 
Heat storage feature of the brick walls is very high. Thus it decreases the sudden effect on human body by absorbing the sudden heat increase during the operation of heat sources and holds the comfort values of walls at maximum level. 
All our interlacing type Heat Insulation Bricks are manufactured as WCLASS. In order to raise awareness of our clients, the minimum partition cavity number is given below determined according to the brick thickness of W Class Heat Insulation Bricks at TS EN 7711 Standard. This is important for improving the heat transmission values of the bricks and it is also specified in TS 825 "Heat Isolation Rules on Buildings" standard.
